Lithium Battery End-of-Line (EOL) Testing Equipment
The lithium - battery EOL testing equipment is used to comprehensively evaluate the performance, safety, and quality of lithium
batteries at the end of production. It measures electrical properties (voltage, internal resistance, capacity), tests charge
-discharge performance, checks safety functions (over - charge, over - discharge, short - circuit protection), and ensures
consistency (voltage and capacity) in battery packs.

Note: The temperature and humidity range to ensure the accuracy of the instrument: 23±3℃,
below 70%RH (no condensation); the accuracy in the technical parameters is measured at the device end,
and the long wiring harness will have a certain impact on the accuracy (when testing the insulation resistance,
the insulation resistance value is generally not more than 2G ohms due to the influence of the tooling, plug-in,
and wiring harness distributed capacitance).
